Our Own Private Caye...

Sanctuary Bay is proud to announce the addition of Southern Long Caye to the development. The Caye lies along the barrier reef near "Gladden Spit" home to the best diving and fishing in the world. Lot owners will have full use of this private caye. This beautiful, coconut tree covered, five-acre island is perfect for beach combing, snorkeling, fishing or relaxing. At Gladden Spit, you can swim or dive with the gentle whale sharks that migrate through the spit each year. There will be cabanas available for overnight stays and a beach bar to quench your thirst and get a bite to eat. In addition, shower and restroom facilities will be available for lot owners. The Caye is a short boat ride from the Sanctuary Bay Marina & Yacht Club at Sapodilla Lagoon.
