Own a piece of Sittee River Wildlife Preserve...

The developers have a keen interest in preserving the environmental integrity of the property, and have protected from development some 10,500 acres of land by transferring ownership to the Sittee River Wildlife Reserve. The area is home to a wide variety of mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians, and is to be maintained as a nature reserve in perpetuity. Owners will have a share in the Sittee River Wildlife Reserve, thereby contributing to the ongoing protection and preservation of endangered wildlife. This share of ownership will allow them unlimited access to the protected area, as well as guarantee them a role in the preservation of this important wildlife sanctuary.

The Government of Belize and Department of the Environment have approved a comprehensive Development Plan.
